Online demo
Paradise is an experimental file-system and operating system. Among many interesting particularities, what strikes me the most is that is based around a conversation with the system:
One of the goals of this operating system is to be *fully operable by voice*, think /screenless computing/. The navigation is designed to be used via simple text commands, there would be nothing quite like windows. Vessels [think: items] could display passive content when in sight, allowing to create a form of procedural user interface, but the system itself does not have a concept of windows, like you would in a typical graphical operating system with a wm.
It feels like a MUD environment, where one can navigate an environment describing its actions. With the twist of being able to program items which later can be called with use.
Exploring the demo
The demo environment starts with a pre-written prompt, which can be executed by pressing Enter.
create a pocket watch & enter the watch & pass the current time is (time). & leave & take the watch
