December Adventure 2024

This is a quick journal on my December Adventure on 2024. My primary goal is to do some development of the non-Emacs, Org-mode-centered editor I've been hacking on lately... but might take some days to do some ops on the server's config.

    Got to update GoToSocial after I've messed the server up on a previous update (should have known better! but ran out of disk space 🤦) while only having a backup that skipped the SQLite database ('cause it was in use during the backup process 🤦) [screnshot on fediverse] .

    Got to add mail listing support to the todo list (no mail download, just listing the ones locally downloaded by isync) [screenshot on fediverse] .

    Wanted to implement some UI showing the tasks deadlines on the hourbar but only got as far as reading them and showing in the list. Still, happy that it shows them now 😁 [screenshot on fediverse] .

    Added installable PWA support to the editor... for some reason I still can't get it installed on Firefox for Android 😖 [post on fediverse] .
